Hey everyone, it's James, Donelle's husband (and sometimes marketing advisor!). Today, I want to take you on a trip down memory lane and celebrate Donelle's incredible journey with acrylic pouring.
It all started back in 2020. Remember those early days of lockdowns? Donelle, like many of us, found herself stuck at home. But instead of letting boredom win, she stumbled upon the beauty of acrylic pouring. Who knew a few leftover paints could be transformed into such mesmerizing creations? Dramatic paint effects and swirling colors seemed to dance and flow effortlessly across the canvas. It was a beautiful accident, a moment of pure creativity that sparked a burning passion.
Fast forward to 2021, and Donelle's playful art found a welcoming home online. What started as a way to express herself quickly blossomed into a supportive online community. Here's the thing that always amazes me: Donelle's art, born from a bit of boredom, began to connect people in unexpected ways. It brought laughter, shared inspiration, and a sense of belonging. Seeing how her art resonated with others was truly inspiring.
As 2022 rolled around, Donelle's skills grew alongside her ever-expanding fanbase. Donelle never stopped exploring. Fueled by the encouragement of her online community, she delved into new styles, including tattoo-inspired artwork. This fusion of vibrant colors and bold lines took her art to a whole new level. This is when she first started trying to create some beautiful sunflower pours, she had seen from other artists.
By 2023, Donelle's signature sunflower pours became instantly recognizable – a burst of sunshine on any canvas. Her fans, captivated by her sunflowers and bold designs, craved a way to bring her art into their everyday lives. This year, we launched a full line of merchandise! Mugs, shirts, and prints allowed Donelle's stunning creations to become a part of people's daily routines – a constant reminder of the beauty and joy art can bring.
2024-2025 Donelle's art was no longer confined to the canvas. Her online shop is up and running, and her dedicated community continues to be a source of inspiration. New products, like aprons, mugs, hats, blankets and so much more were added to the online catalog. Donelle continued to connect with more fans by offering free painting giveaways, shoutouts, raffles and live videos.

One Word, CELLFusionPRO! Originally launched in December of 2025, CellFusionPRO was the solution that her followers needed. After hearing many complaints about beginners (and novices) not being able to create consistent cell formations in their pours and many questions from her followers asking how she achieves her cells, Donelle decided it was time to give the people what they need...CellFusionPRO- a pre-mixed Acrylic Cell activating paint. CellFusionPRO is a raving success and continues to uphold its reputation as a consistent cell activator. Donelle was so overjoyed that those who struggled with their pours now could achieve the results they were looking for.
Donelle's journey, from a bored experiment to a vibrant business, is a testament to the power of creativity and the importance of following your passions. It's a story that inspires us to embrace the unexpected and see where a little bit of paint (and maybe a supportive spouse) can take us!
