Shipping Policy
Processing & Fulfillment All products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify print partners. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping begins. Production times may vary by product and print provider.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard: 3–4 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
- Economy shipping may also be available at checkout for eligible orders.
International Shipping
- Standard: 5–20 business days after fulfillment
- Express: 1–3 business days after fulfillment
- Delivery times vary by destination and print provider. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Undelivered Packages If your order hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office first. Lost packages must be reported within 2 weeks after the estimated delivery window ends (30 days for domestic US orders, 45 days for international orders). We'll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and arrange a reprint or refund where eligible.
Returned Packages Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be eligible for a partial refund or reprint. Re-shipment requires a new order at the customer's expense.
